Avocado Corn Salad

Fresh and simple salad recipe which is perfect for BBQs all summer long

    Ingredients

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Grilled/Boiled Corn
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Cliantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper

    How to make it

  1. 1. STEP

    Slice the cherry tomatoes and place them in large salad bowl.

  2. 2. STEP

    Slice 3 grilled or boiled sweet corn off the cob. Crumble it slightly using your hands and add it into the salad bowl.

  3. 3. STEP

    Cut 2 Avocado into small cubes and add it to salad bowl. We prefer you take ripe avocados not overly ripe avocados, so that it remains in its shape within the salad.

    Peel and thinly slice half onion and add it to the salad bowl. This gives a nice flavor to the salad.

    Chop about half of a fresh cilantro and add it into the salad bowl.

  6. 6. STEP

    Finely chop 2 garlic cloves and add it into the salad bowl. This can give every bite an irresistible flavor.

    Cut and squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.

    Add 2 tbsp of olive oil (preferably extra virgin) along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
