    Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 red apples, cored &, diced
  • 2/3 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced seedless grapes

    How to make it

    In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Add the chicken, apples, grapes and celery.

    Toss to coat.
